In 2010, the Ministry of Culture of Colombia, is proposed in conjunction with the National Federation of Coee Growers, convert coee departments of Colombia, and intangible cultural heritage of humanity, so we conducted a dossier to be presented the same year to UNESCO, the work was so meritorious that not only was recognized intangible heritage status but it also was an original and dierent.
